I mentioned to the receptionist that the 1st Floor board lists Dr. Amrol in suite 300 and on the 4th floor he is listed in suite 430. So I was confused where to go, but she forgave me for my confusion.

I was very upset that at check in the girl told me that I would be rescheduled if I didn't pay my copay which left me scrambling to find a picture of my husbands card. My debit card was missing and I asked if I could be billed. I was told flat out - no! After being a patient for many years this was very upsetting especially with my medical issues. The last thing I need to worry about is not being able to see my doctor (whom I love and trust with my care) felt that this was very unprofessional and no where in that office or when scheduling did anyone say anything about this. What about you can't be denied medical care for the inability to pay??? It's illegal.

David Amrol, MD office moved. I never received any notification of the relocation. I went to the previous location. The move required driving to a new location on the opposite side of the Prisma Health Campus parking in a garage and finding the new office. Horrible image for Prisma!!

Respect, trust, and support were all aspects of this visit. This practice exemplifies the level of health care patients desire.

Well, majority of offices for visits don't make a big deal about paying later. The person that checked me in didn't know how to defer the payment until another day. Also, I cannot come back until I pay $45.00. If I don't pay that I cannot see or make an appointment to see the doctor anymore.

A student doctor entered the office with us, but the doctor didn't ask for our permission or check if we were comfortable with her presence. I believe Dr. should ask if we're okay with a student doctor shadowing us and whether we want her there, but we weren't given that chance.

I was referred to Prisma Allergy, I received 1 call which I missed due to being in another Dr appt. It took me weeks to get back in touch with Allergy Dr to get an initial appointment. Once I finally was able to talk with someone, I received an appointment immediately.

I really can't think of anything. I was satisfied with the support I received. I trust what was said and explained based on my treatment plan and I felt respected because the doctor and staff listen to my concerns.

The Dr wants us to do an egg test. And we explained that our daughter has had extensive testing through her drs at Vanderbilt in Nashville and they feel like she will not likely grow out of this allergy. We would like to understand his rationale for wanting to do have her eat this egg. She has not expressed wanting to eat an egg or peanuts or tree nuts.

From front staff at check in to check out wonderful. Just not sure if it was worth visit. The issue low IgM doesn't have treatment to improve it. Doctor was attentive and caring. I was told to take immunization and then blood work before next visit. I dont understand how taking flu shot or tetanus will improve my immune issues.

Whenever I called originally and told them I had an urgent case, the staff answering told me it was too bad and they take about 30 days to review cases and "decide" if the want to take the patient. I told her I had an urgent referral and even a personal referral from our PCP. She was dismissive. Later she called back offering an appointment but the way I was treated initially was off-putting.

I was quite happy with Dr. A and his associates. The Dr. had some excellent ideas and gave me various good options. He did not push any treatments on me about which I might have been uncertain. Furthermore, he--and his resident--were very personable and caring. Considering that I had a long and close relation ship with his predecessor, I was quite happy, indeed!
