I cannot think of anything. Dr Metcalf and her staff are excellent.

My issue is not complete. I'm waiting for more info. It appears they are unfamiliar with what to do for a jaw issue.

Can't think of anything that wasn't covered or explained clearly to us.

Everything was great -- Dr. Metcalf certainly has my trust and I respect her knowledge to provide my care.

The sophotomist that drew my blood was absolutely horrible. I have two huge bruises on my arm for no reason at all. I should be an easy blood draw.

I don't think there's any way to improve. My doctor is definitely a great doctor. She always asks questions and she knows my medical history. I would not want to go to any other doctor besides her. Thank you.

Everything was perfect! Everyone was very, very helpful and really cared about my son's and my experience!

The check in questionnaire software is pretty difficult to use. You answer and then it doesn't seem to save answers ....bounces you out if you don't answer all things. After the second attempt to check in which I completed the night before and the office did not have any of what I submitted.

There was nothing more that needed to be done. All of my needs and expectations were met.

None. Dr. Metcalf listened to and connected with me. She was informative and took time to answer questions.

It was a little slow in getting in and seeing the doctor.
