A follow-up call checking on the child.

I am always impressed by the care we receive at this office. We met a new doctor today and she was fantastic.

The nurse with Dr Lai was somewhat rude and not at all friendly. I felt she was rushing us during the visit, didn't give me time to answer question before asking the next. She came to the lobby as soon as we checked in to make us aware Dr Lai would not be doing all the things usually done at a well child visit because it had not been a year. (I was aware my daughter was coming early, we changed insurance and I wanted to get her back on schedule.) I felt we were a bother because we kept the appointment. Dr Lai is a WONDERFUL physician. Very courteous and compassionate. Truly caring for my daughters health and life.

They staff always provides the most professional care to my child.

Time for waiting a provider to come.to tey the baby and Nurse to vaccinate baby seems to take too long. I have to be improved.

We were waiting for probably 45 minutes just to see the doctor, which is hard with three kiddos. So if we could get back to the doctor earlier and not be waiting in the waiting room for almost a month, that would be helpful.

Inform us when one of your physicians that cares for your child leaves the system.

The wait time was long to see the provider which I understand things can get behind but no updates given on delay on what to expect. Arrived at 830, appt at 845, called to room 910, provider to room around 945, labs drawn quickly after Dr left room, and out at 1010.

I am very satisfied with the doctor she was very knowledgeable and caring. A loved the recommendations she gave us for my daughter's cough because they worked! Thank you
