My visit was definitely a positive experience. Dr. Reeves and his assistant did an excellent job in all facets of my care. Now...if the cortisone shot hits the spot, we'll be good to go.

The only complaint that I have is that Prisma doesn't accept my insurance. That is very disappointing.

I really can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Dr. Reeves is the absolute best. And the service is always really good from the office staff to the nurses. It's just a great place. I feel lucky that I'm a patient there.

Everything was GREAT!!!

I felt that everyone was kind, informative, smiling, welcoming, and on time. There questions were clear and understandable. Older people have a hard time hearing and the only suggestion I can give is to speek a little louder.

Being a little more timely - waited for 35 minutes to be called back.

The staff did everything right. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not ask for anything more.

It seemed like no one knew that my referral had come through urgent care and that there were existing x-rays of the fracture until I told them. I have also seen Dr. Reeves in the past 9 months and am in the Prisma My Chart system but it didn't appear that anyone was aware of that. Everyone was very kind and I got the support I needed - it just was very odd that no one seemed to have looked at my chart to know things like that I have osteoporosis or that I even went to urgent care (if I had not brought it up) - even though it's all through this medical system.
