Everything was done in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with my visit.

I would have appreciated knowing in advance that I would be seen by a trainee/fellow instead of the surgeon I was scheduled to see.

The entire staff at Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas is top notch. Welcome desk, radiology, nursing staff, orthopedic, Dr Wyland - all very professional, attentive, informative and caring. I recommend for anyone needing the best care possible.

Dr. Wyland is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I actually enjoy my visits.

Everything was done correctly and I was treated wonderfully

You did a great job in my opinion. Loved my doctor. He took time to explain what was going on with my knee and that he wasn't the right doctor to help me. He referred me to his partner who does knee replacement. I was very impressed how he took the time to talk to me.

The PA who I saw before the doctor, the PA was not helpful and had a very bad bedside manner and not helpful at all. I did not like that experience at all.

This is a huge campus and the app prisma go was very helpful in locating this office. Also, the doctor attending me was able to refer me to another doctor in the practice who can help my shoulder.

Everything was good as always. Only question is why was I billed twice? I know I had a co pay, I understand that I had to pay for the shot I received. Why wasn't I charged when I was there after my appointment?

You could have improved trust and support by quickly getting me back. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was not seen until 11:15. I arrived about 15 to 20 minutes early to my appointment. So I ended up sitting in the lobby for close to an hour until I was seen, which felt like a waste of my valuable time. I was not seen for about an hour.

I should have been notified that injection were approved I asked to be notified and this was not done!!

Nothing against the doctors/nurses/PA but this is my fourth visit to the clinic and still doing PT and getting frustrated nothing is working. It's a lot of money just to be seen for appts and to not see any results this long after an injury is getting old. Wyland and his staff were great.

Respect my time. I waited 90 minutes for a 5 minute conversation with the Dr. the place was not busy and there were not other patients there. Many people standing around having conversations while I sat there.
