Eileen Marie Walsh, MD

Eileen Walsh, MD, has served on the faculty of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine since 1993. In addition to her current position with Child Development and Behavioral Health providing ADHD medication management and follow-up, she has held an appointment in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Community Pediatrics and Child Advocacy, providing pediatric Locum Tenens services to South Carolina communities. She is also the general pediatrician for the Columbia Craniofacial Clinic and pediatric medical consultant to DHEC's Newborn Screening Program . A College of Charleston graduate, Dr. Walsh earned a bachelor of science in biology in 1986. She remained in Charleston to pursue her medical degree, receiving a doctor of medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed a pediatric residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Walsh is board certified in Pediatrics.
