Elizabeth Jo Mason, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Jo Mason is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry at Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina. She is board-certified in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry and has extensive experience evaluating and treating children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health conditions.

Dr. Mason's clinical interests include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral and emotional challenges in children and adolescents. She believes in a comprehensive, individualized approach to treatment that incorporates evidence-based psychiatric care, family education, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Dr. Mason values building trusting relationships with her patients and their families. She strives to create a welcoming, compassionate environment where children and adolescents feel heard, understood, and supported.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mason enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. She also loves spending time with her family's two golden retrievers.
