While checking out they told us to refer to my chart. my wife told them we didn't have access to her computer to get to her e-mail. The lady said i don't know what to tell you. Another lady behind her said be sure to stop plavic 3 days before surgery. that and the date and time of surgery is all we left with as far as information. we don't know where to go.

It's very nice and a very good practice for nurses to identify themselves by name when first meeting patient. It creates a sense of connection, which is important. This team seems to work very well together. The nurse removing my stitches this time put me at ease, was friendly, and professional. Thank you for the expertise of this team.

I don't think you could really improve on anything, I felt so welcomed and comfortable there I almost forgot I was at the Doctor 's office.

I think the doctor himself could have been better on the questions I asked. They weren't properly answered and what he told me to.

When scheduling this appointment, it was scheduled over 7 months ago, which is quite an extensive wait time for an appointment.

Actually, I was very impressed with you and your staff, they were very knowledgeable about the procedure that I will have to have and I was scared when I came in but by the time I left your office, I wasn't, I was excited to have the procedure, and I can't wait until that day comes, so as far as I'm concerned your staff did an excellent job of making me comfortable. I don't think you need to improve.

Everyone is so nice and polite. Everyone greets me when I come in the office. They make me feel so comfortable.

They did a great job with my child and gave me plenty of updates along the way that really helped to calm my nerves

I wish that Dr. Chen had made me aware before my panniculectomy that my insurance did not pay for the Umbilical transportation so when my bandages came off in my follow up I went into tears then being made aware of the reason and that I will have to come out of pocket for that surgery. I feel deformed and now more uncomfortable with my body before I started all of these life changing actions to feel better about my health but also to feel better about myself. I am just truly disappointed and now more mentally down about myself.
