One way to build trust and respect is to actively and consistently listen to what was said, validate feelings, and then follow through on promises, even for small things.

One way that they could offer support trust and respect respect is active listening. Which involves the provider truly listening to the patients concerns, showing empathy, and validating their feelings. By do so the patient feels heard and understood which can lead to a stronger sense of trust and a more positive provider relationship

Everything was perfect!!! Mrs. Cart was a pleasure, and she understood what I was experiencing with the back pain and stress of oversized breast. Everyone there was nice and caring and I was able to explain what I have been thru for years due to this condition. I look forward to her doing my surgery because I know she will do her best because as a woman she understands how important a woman's breast are to them.

I always receive the best care at this practice. No long waits, courteous staff and Dr. Cart is the best.
