Honestly, I don't think there's anything because Ms. Emily comes in well prepared. She listens to me if I have any questions. She answers them accordingly. She tries to help out if I need anything. And if I have any further questions, I'll reach out to her and she will answer them for me. So Ms. Emily is a 10 out of 10.

More staff. There is a long wait list for doctor Foster due to not enough staff.

Yes, actually it was, everyone was very courteous. The facility was very clean. I hit the wrong button. I got the help that I needed. I am more than grateful for the help we have and the upcoming procedures.

I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better. For the first time, I truly felt heard and understood when it came to my child's health. Dr. Foster took the time to listen, made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered, and is promptly ordering the necessary tests to figure out what's going on. I finally feel like we're getting real answers and moving in the right direction.
