Please stop having people use the same stylus pen to sign "agree for treatment" form. By me making an appointment is an agreement to be treated, plus every sick person coming into the doctor's office has to touch this pen. It doesn't make sense.

I have been here several times over the past few months and since I was a baby and these are the first times I think I have not been given full care and looked over I know I am young but my health is important and I am in constant pain and not much has been done about it so just maybe a bore compassion , listening and treatment plans
