Improve appointment length. Having to speak with the resident doctor then him leaving to discuss things with the doctor I selected to have an appointment with is a bit much. Perhaps letting the patient/parent know before the visit that they will have to speak with both will help with the patient/parent's planning.

Dr. Kallam was super nice and informative, but the nurse that took us back, she was a little rude. It wasn't necessarily what she said. It was just her demeanor and her attitude. So that's the only thing. So I think the one thing that I would say improve is the way that the nurses greet the kids when they come back. Because my child is just automatically, he talks, he's a talker, he likes to engage, and the nurse was not very engaging. Now, she was after a while, but it took her a minute to warm up to kind of, but she just acted like she didn't want to be there. So the only thing I would say is when it's time ?

I'm sorry, the wrong button was pushed at the beginning. All of those should have been a yes. The visit was fantastic. I love the doctor. She's amazing. Couldn't ask for a better visit.

We waited for more than 30 minutes in the waiting room past our appointment time. I was paying for a babysitter at home with my other children, so that was a bit of a bummer that it took so long because then I owed our sitter more!

Everyone was great! A changing table in the room where stats are taken would be a nice addition.
