Enjoyed my experience.

All my answers are four. I didn't listen to it completely before I started pushing, but all my answers are four. Thank you.

Referral person Should answer the phone. People work and call on lunch or break and don't get a call back for hours. Very frustrating.

I'm still waiting on my results from the sample that was sent out.

Well first, my appointment was scheduled for 10:40 AM I was there by 10:25 AM, I wasn't called back until 11:10AM, when I was finally seen by the provider it was 11:40AM I was not late getting there, there wasn't any apology for being late to see me, I felt that was disrespectful. I will return for my follow up visit and will determine if she just had a busy morning or if that is how her practice is all the time.

My health provider recommended a nutritionist and the nutritionist never called me from your organization. So that's the only disappointing part.

The doctor asked questions and was courteous

Office and all involved in treating me were very professional and I have all confidence in them

My visit with Nurse Practitioner Hollingsworth was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, patient & made me feel like I was her only patient.

Just have access to my primary doctor when needed.

Evava Hollingsworth is the best. She talks with me with respect and courtesy. She explains things well and answers every question. She even texted me today to tell me results of labs, and what to do to bring them to normal. I hit the jackpot when I found her. The staff there seem to be the same.

Nothing. Care and staff are always top flight. Reception, nursing, and. Are professionals are always very friendly and personable. Hollingsworth is wonderful, and I an very comfortable being in her care.

Nothing. I can't remember a time when I was treated with more care and concern. Ms. Hollingsworth was very thorough in trying to find solutions for my issues. I'm very pleased.

I have been a patient here since it opened as Greer Family Medicine years back and have always been treated good by staff snd doctors. Great to have office located here.

Did not look at my problem just ask questions still have problems

Can't think of anything for improvement. The staff is kind, professional and attentive. I'm personally skeptical of the standard Dr model and pharmaceutical methods. I prefer holistic, homeopathic, and whole body centered approach which is not exactly in line with the standard western medicine approach but I need to have a primary care doctor for routine cancer screening so I'm a little guarded on any suggestion for a prescription.

I wasn't feeling good cause I didn't quite understand at first she kinda acted Perturbed Aggravated I'm sorry I don't quite fully always under understand especially when I'm not feeling good so maybe she could slow down a little more for us that kinda Mentally not fully understood thank you
