Very satisfied with treatment

Evava Hollingsworth is the best. She talks with me with respect and courtesy. She explains things well and answers every question. She even texted me today to tell me results of labs, and what to do to bring them to normal. I hit the jackpot when I found her. The staff there seem to be the same.

Nothing. Care and staff are always top flight. Reception, nursing, and. Are professionals are always very friendly and personable. Hollingsworth is wonderful, and I an very comfortable being in her care.

I have been a patient here since it opened as Greer Family Medicine years back and have always been treated good by staff snd doctors. Great to have office located here.

Can't think of anything for improvement. The staff is kind, professional and attentive. I'm personally skeptical of the standard Dr model and pharmaceutical methods. I prefer holistic, homeopathic, and whole body centered approach which is not exactly in line with the standard western medicine approach but I need to have a primary care doctor for routine cancer screening so I'm a little guarded on any suggestion for a prescription.

I wasn't feeling good cause I didn't quite understand at first she kinda acted Perturbed Aggravated I'm sorry I don't quite fully always under understand especially when I'm not feeling good so maybe she could slow down a little more for us that kinda Mentally not fully understood thank you

Everyone was very nice. They listened to me. I am glad I chose to go to Mountain View Prisma Health in Greer.

Provider came in the door giving me ultimatums didn't listen to me at all and had no idea how to talk to someone like me with anxiety issues was pushy trying to force me to do things her way when all I was interested in was a place to go if I'm dick and can't cure myself

Doctors need to read your history before coming in the room . Also without being judgemental or assuming things. She stated over and over that she wasn't sure why I didnt go to ER if in so much pain. She also asked what what it was that I wanted from her. At that point, I grabbed my things, told her I was leaving and to just not worry about it at which time she grabbed my arm to stop me, got in my face and told me I wasn't leaving. She had a HORRIBLE bedside manner which is the 2nd most important thing to me. Knowing my history was 1st in importance. I really do hope it was all recorded

I had / have no idea how to schedule and follow up with a GI. NP did not know or record my length of symptoms. Listed 2-3 weeks in my chart when I submitted a message via MyChart 5+ weeks ago and mentioned the same at my appointment! I was 'prescribed' (joke cause those are over the counter) laxatives when I was already having diarrhea daily for 5+ weeks! I felt dismissed and in the dark especially how to navigate scheduling the colonoscopy. I will have to take on the added stress of calling the insurance, calling the office etc. very discouraged, while feeling miserable. Actually looking into finding a different PCP.

Other than offering to pick me up from home or moving closer to home, I can't think of anything.
