The lady at the front desk never checked us in so we waited for almost 40 minutes past our appointment time before being called to the back. Respect my time.

the person checking my son in for his appointment failed to fully check us in which resulted in a much longer wait. My son was to report to the 9am appointment by 8:45 am with a FULL bladder. We were there by 8:40 am getting checked and we were not called back until about 9:30 am after I started asking questions about check in being completed correctly. I was told there wasn't a room available and that my son could use the restroom if needed, but this would mean that the ultrasounds would not show what the doctor was looking for so we chose to wait just a few minutes longer. Luckily we were called back just before we were going to have to make a restroom trip. To make matters worse this was the second mistake from the same check in person. While she was checking us in another family came up explaining that the names were wrong (backwards) on the stickers and paperwork of their child. She then began to try and complete both tasks at the same time instead of letting the other check in clerk handle the name mistake.

I had a phone call visit scheduled with Dr. Penna. I had it in my calendar and he did not call me. I was told that my visit was a phone call visit as I could not attend the office. So he never actually called and that is why I raided him with ONCE.
