Dr Noojin and I have been working together on an old hip injury. He is attentive and caring. He explained the x ray and pointed out the issues. No complaints here. The new facility is amazing!!

Please mail out notices when u are moving from one location to another. Didn't know they moved until I went to the old location n no one was there.

I was very pleased with the friendly, courteous and professional manner with the staff I dealt with.

That questionnaire to be completed before ea visit is highly irritating! And the same questions every time I visit. Many answers should carry over not have to be re-asked, such as how much education I have had, etc. Give people a break please!

There is nothing I can say to make things better. I am in a great deal of pain with my knee and they pushed my appointment up from 3 weeks to the next day which I am glad cause Dr.Noojin agreed I need a knee scope and seen how much pain I was in and reacted with a fast solution. The only thing that I don't like is having to wait for clearances from specialists to get scheduled for surgery, this is just longer I have to wait to have my knee fixed

Yes, when I got done with the appointment, or before I got done with the appointment, or while I was there at the office, I showed them where they charged me three times. Instead of, when they did finally reach out to me, telling me that they only could see one charge one time, and I even showed the young lady at the office where they charged me three times. They could have been, to me, more compassionate, more supportive, instead of just kind of like blowing me off, telling me where they only see it one time. And I still haven't heard anything back about the overcharges. So to me, they could have been a little bit more concerned about, you know, them overcharging me just because they couldn't see it, but I'm showing them where it clearly came out of my bank account.

During the intake session, the nurse asked me why I was there and I mentioned one of the reasons was my hip and one reason was my shoulder, but I didn't know if I could discuss my shoulder at this visit. She didn't write that in the intake notes and so the doctor did not review that with me and when he asked me if I had any more questions I said no. However, I was terribly focused on the hip and was hoping that he would bring up the shoulder. He left the room, the nurse came back in and I asked her could he come back in to finish discussing my shoulder and he said I would have to make another appointment but his next availability was in two weeks so that was actually a little frustrating.

Do not change anything. I always have a great experience everytime I visit. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and very helpful. I feel great whenever they take care of me.

There was a resident doc present with my doc learning during my appointment. Lots of dialogue for teaching purposes but at times I was unsure if my doc was addressing me or the resident doc, causing a bit of confusion for me.

Information that went into MyChart was not accurate and had previous treatments that was false.

I don't see where any improvement is necessary. Everyone was outstanding. Doctor Noojin listen carefully to my concerns about my shoulder. My arm is very limited moving due to two broken bones in the shoulder 2 years ago. Decided shoulder replacement is my best option. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dr Noojin is wonderful and answered all of our questions. We did have to wait several weeks for an appointment.

I was not given a proper referral to what I need to do about the problem I have. It seems like that I was just pushed aside, that I was not given a follow-up, and there's no resolution to my problem. I've had this problem for the last few months, and it's escalated and gotten worse.

Communication between the different providers was not the best. I was scheduled for an MRI but didn't have a follow up appointment with a doc. Thankfully one of the nurses realized it and scheduled one.
