Provide more sick openings for the mills avenue location

The doctor and nurse were wonderful. The receptionist was confused that we were going to pediatrics and tried to direct us to urgent care.

Test the patients despite no fever. Just to eliminate options and show with facts

I feel like the provider was condescending. While he was thorough, he certainly made me feel like we should have never come

Is it normal for the doctor to not test a child that is sick?? He didn't run a single test on her to narrow her respiratory issues down.

Definitely felt like we were treated differently here based on some preconceived notions that were unfounded. Also we felt more like a number or statistic than individuals with individual needs. I would prefer the stellar type of treatment we are used to receiving at the Pleasantburg Pediatrics location.

Appt felt like a waste of time. No answers. Seemed to not care. No bedside manner.

My chart had old information that was incorrect. I am disturbed about the information in my chart.

It was a great visit we were able to get our concerns addressed.

All staff and the Doctor Suhrstedt have been wonderful.

The Doctor who assisted seemed to know what he was doing however he didn't seem confident and didn't come across as emphatic and caring towards my child. Pediatricians serve children, therefore I expected more warmth and light -hearted interaction with the child. My comments above do not take away the Doctor's professinalism.

Nurse was professional but in a fun, kind friendly way. Doctor was attentive and not in a rush at all.
