Nothing your service was great

Wonderful care!

I was looking for a simple cortisol check of my blood. I will now have to go elsewhere to get it because you would not test me.

I can't think of any way that could have improved my experience.

Gabby Fowler treated me extremely well. I have no suggestions for improvement

I have the best of the best at prisma health care . I actually feel very relaxed with Gabrielle Fowler and trust in her treatment procedures for me. There is absolutely nothing that I would change and I even got my sister seeing a doctor there at prisma.

Just continue doing what they are doing well.

That last comment was a mistake. I was treated fairly and with respect. So that last comment was a mistake.

I paid out of pocket for this visit. I informed the provider of my medical history, which is already available in MyChart. I am a healthy person, and all I needed was a refill of baclofen 10 mg, which I occasionally take for minor thoracic spine pain around T6-T7 related to mild age-associated degenerative changes. As a result of the appointment, I received only one prescription for 30 tablets, without refills. I was also told that I must undergo a physical assessment, as well as kidney and liver blood work, before any future refills would be considered. Frankly, this feels unsatisfactory. I am a student, and I do not even have the money to pay for health insurance. Why should I be required to pay for expensive assessments and lab work simply to receive a $9 baclofen prescription? If this is your policy-to maximize charges from patients? This is fine! That's your policy but next time, I will have to find another provider.

I have been a patient there for a very long time. Not understanding while the office is open and seeing patients they allow the X-ray tech and lab tech to go home early. I was able to get my X-rays because I was willing to go to the Hospital. In the future I know to stay away from Friday afternoon appointments.

Coffee pot in the lobby would be nice..I love going there.everyone treats u like family..I've been going there when dr witherspoon was there...I dont wanna go any ware eles.

Listen to them and when a pharmacist calls and tells that medicine won't take care of issue them what will and doctor needs to actually look at patient and know what meds are for what and know What NSAIDS are and aren't. And actually help the patient
