None, staff have always been professional and kind. I recommend getting the hand held device (don't know what it is called) that shows where you have a good vein to draw blood. It's about the size of a phone. The bloodwork i had before my visit had to be taken twice and I still have the bruises two weeks later. NOT COOL!!! I think it was taken from someone from the lab and bot one of your regular lab techs.

Great visit I cannot think of anything

After the Xray of my lower back, the nurse called me to explain the radiologist findings, and was very thorough and clear in her translation of the radiologists medical description into simple terms. It would have been better if the simple explanation of findings was included in mychart records in addition to the radiologists m medical description.
