Impressed with Dr Pineda's professionalism who took time to listen and discuss.

I told the check in lady to charge the copay on the card that i had in hand, NOT the card that was listed on the eCheckIn. For some reason she had no clue what to do to process the payment, she didn't know anything about billing, as soon as i was seated I received a text message that the wrong card was billed. When I complained all she was able to offer was the Prisma billing phone number. I had to call to ask for the charge to be removed/refunded and for the correct card to be charged.

All is well....

All staff was courteous and very helpful. Didn't rush us and answered all our questions.

Dr Pineda has been my Cardiologist for over 12 years and I trust him with my health. Dr. Pineda has kept me alive!

Entering the building could be more friendly. We are already in enough pain it would be nice to see a friendly face/ smile, the young man that helped me was very nice, friendly and kind if they all were like that we as patients could have a better visit. Thanks for letting me share!

Every one was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the parking lot to the intake lobby to the waiting area and exam room and check out area, all was bright, cheerful, and clean.

The doctor and appointment maker were both very clear in explainations.

Nothing more- the receptionist worked me in- she took time and saw my emotional and physical distress and took extra time to ask a provider to see me.

My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Pineda however he was unavailable but I received excellent attention from the doctor who met with me in Dr. Pineda unavailable situation!

On this visit we didn't have to wait as long before the doctor came in the room. Some visits had been long waiting which I know the doctor are busy but as a caretaker my time is limited as well.

None would not change a thing.

I could not have expected a better visitation

The provider and staff were all very kind and supportive. I was happy with the care I received.

Long wait time. But this physician talks with patients. So delays happen. However, it is refreshing to have physician listen to patient.

DR. Pineda has been the most sensitive ,very professional and is alway concerned with making has patients are well informed about their treating procedures. Absolutely my choice as the best Medical Doctor this ninety year old man has very had pleasure of knowing, wonderful man.

I would suggest to remove the medical jargon when speaking to patients so that they can understand better what is happening

The nurse doing the blood pressure and EKG could have entered into conversation. She barely spoke and seemed distracted while conducting these 2 things. I understand that she does this many times a day, but some small talk while doing these things does make a person feel like they've been seen.

As an experienced patient of many years I assure you I'd elevate any issues! There are none or I would go elsewhere. All my care at various Prisma facilities over many years has been consistently excellent.

The reception area has great acoustics and could use with things to absorb the noise- tv or a white noise machine- you can hear everyone's conversation!

Cardiologist and Nurse Physician are excellent.

Just have the staff to continue doing what they do with laughter and having a little bit fun. It makes the whole process much easier knowing that they do their job well.

Everything was great! Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and sweet as pie. I felt like I was at home.

The main way to offer better support would have been dealing with a situation where I had multiple cancellations or reschedules, not to my actual doing, but just comes up that way on my chart, it's just canceled or removed all of a sudden. One way to resolve that would just be to maybe reach out and ask if there's a possibility I would mind seeing someone else in that facility, like the nurse practitioner. I'm going to record that again.

It was the nicest first doctor visit i have had in a long time

I was sent back in the lobby by the doctor to wait for an ultrasound to be done on my heart,no one game for me sat there until facility was closing. I will never visit this office again,your appointments are always backed up and behind schedule and your staff plays and goof of to much and have the nerve to have attitudes with patients because there not taking their job environment seriously

Keeping the same doctors in one location instead of moving them so much!

Medication is extremely high, it would have been great to get a sample of a prescriptions.
