I can't think of anything that should be changed about Heritage Pediatrics & Internal Medicine. Dr. Moreira is the best personal care provider I've ever had. She really listens to what I have to say and can tell she is sincerely concerned about my well being. I've been her patient for over a decade, best I can remember.

Prismatic could have reached out to me back in the mid 20 teens's to let me know that I didn't get a ent bill, that was sent in the mail, because I had moved and instead hired attorneys to collect the $20 dollar bill. Because I had recently had a scam attempt , I didn't believe the phone caller that I had an outstanding $20 bill that they wanted me to pay over the phone. Prisma then went to the state and garnished a tax refund in the amount of $200. I love Dr Moreira but I will never trust Prisma.

My experience was great, no issues or suggestions ?

Dr. Moreira Is and always has been an exceptional caregiver to my son. My issue is with "the system" itself. Why can the dentist and pharmacy see clearly my child is covered by insurance. Everyone wants to be "paperless" but the Doctors office "can't" SEE the same insurance information as most everywhere else??? I feel they failed there...I suppose there's a policy in there that I'm unaware of!?! The "Prisma SYSTEM is just that, a system set in place, it's not "healthcare" anymore. It's "sick care", as long as we march along...
