Honestly, I've had a great experience every time I've been at this facility. I'm very happy with my care.

I could not have expected a better visit. Dr. Brazell and her staff were kind, approachable, and professional. Beyond that I would like to add that Dr. Brazell made me feel completely comfortable talking candidly and honestly with her. I only wish there were more doctors like her.

Have complete trust in Dr Brazell. I thought she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and very personable. One of the best doctors I have ever seen. Need more drs like her.

There is no way I could have been given better care than what I am given every visit I've had with Dr. Brazell

Dr BRAZELL was awesome. She took her time & thoroughly investigated my condition. Her responses to my questions via MYCHART are immediate, & thoughtful. I'm so grateful for her constant concerns & attention. She is the epitome of a great doctor.

My visit was exceptional. My questions and concerns were all addressed. The nurse was very helpful. Dr. Brazell was informative, kind, supportive, and comforting. Both before and after my appointment the office staff was personable and efficient. Every aspect of my appointment went well.

Great appointment

There's not anything that could have been done better than what it already was. My experience was, I'd say, the best that I've ever had having any medical procedure done. Everyone there was professional, courteous, kind, and engaging.

Yes, I was extremely pleased, as usual, with my care. What I am not pleased with is Prisma calling me at the dinner hour on a Saturday night to offer an opinion of the care.

Nothing. I was very please with the surgery and the recovery process.

Reception desk employee at doctor's station needs to promptly greet arriving patients. It seemed like there was an extended personal conversation going on while a couple of patients waited but this was unusual for this office.

The immediate attention I received for my problem was amazing.

I did get this overall general feeling during my appointment that the issue was "not a huge deal" and it did not necessarily have to be surgically addressed. But we did discuss the fact that I was having pain now when I did not have it before and she said I would be worked into her schedule.

ALL were extremely respectful and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

All good experience

Due to focusing on what I was drinking daily, probably causing my main problem of not having control of my bladder, took my thoughts away about a few more things I needed to discuss!

I forgot to ask for follow up on why mom's bladder wasn't emptying completely

Excellent facility. Caregivers very courteous and personable. Dr Brazell was very knowledgeable about my history and put me at ease.

Everything was perfect. I had to wait 6 months to get an appointment with Dr. Brazell. I was offered a sooner one with another doctor, but I chose to wait because Dr. Brazell had done my surgery many years ago and I wanted to see her.

She did an amazing job with the visit.

This is an awesome office! Can't imagine anyway to improve trust and respect unless they offered to take you to lunch! Seriously Dr. Brazell Is an exceptional physician and I always leave her office feeling encouraged.
