I felt that the facility offered, you know, everything was fine, so I didn't see anything that was worth having to be done better. We've always had a great experience at this location, so I didn't see anything that needed to be something that I saw that could have been done better. I think it's always been our experience that everything has always been up to par.

Prima Health Pediatric In Greenville Is a professional facility, that is a piece of mind for parents who are looking for a facility that is clean and up-to-date with technology. All your questions answered same day and if you forget a question you will be called the same day with solutions or referrals make this your go to place for your kids needs.

We received two different answers regarding the chicken pox vaccine. We trust your doctors and nurses more than RFK but make sure they're all on the same page with this touchy subject.

Felt as if the doctor was annoyed that we were there. He was judgmental and condescending in his care.

Everything was wonderful - better than I could have expected for a new patient visit. We felt heard and felt good about the plan. If I had one thing to say, the visit with the physician was very efficient - maybe too efficient. Super appreciative that Dr. Nichols read our records and documentation we brought; however, would have liked a tad bit more time talking to him to build more rapport/relationship with him. But again, that is minor compared to the care and attention we received. Very thankful to have found this practice right off the bat. Thank you all for everything.

For the first time in all of my adult life, I am unemployed. It is a very hard circumstance, however, when my child is sick, I will do what is necessary to be able to afford his care. It would have been helpful perhaps if the physician had known this and could have suggested cheaper options for the visit and or the medication.

It would be nice to get a reminder earlier to make an appointment for his yearly wellness visit. I forgot about when it was due until I got the reminder. By that time, there were no visits available until September when school has already started back. It is difficult to get him to all the appointments he has without him missing so much school especially with him starting high school this year. I was almost ready to delay his appointment to Christmas break or even next summer when I looked one more time and saw one appointment available the week before school starts. I assume that time opened up because someone must have cancelled their appointment. If the reminder comes in sooner, it patients more time to find an appointment that works for their schedule.

Continue to improve the e-checkin process. It feels like a waste of time to take the opportunity to do this and complete my questionnaires only to have more assigned before we are called back at the physical check in.
