Wanted to know if all this led back to when my knee was twisted in the military and if I was over, relying on my knee based on my ankle swelling it's been like this for years. I just here lately. It's been getting worse and worse.

I can't think of any right now. My Dr, nurse and xray tech made me feel comfortable and care taken with me. The staff at front desk helpful. My Dr's explanations were very helpful, clear and let me know what to expect on next visit.

I've been seeing DR Mills for sometime and he's a Personal friend. His staff is wonderful as well

The appointment was very better than expected. I had my right shoulder injected. It was quick and helped my pain greatly.

I cannot think of a thing needing improvement in my care.

The phone message when I called was ridiculously long. I just needed a simple answer but spent what seemed like 3 minutes for information that was not of interest.Almost hung up to call St Francis.

I had an amazing appointment with Dr Mills. He taught me a great deal about the mechanics of my orthopedic issues, spent a great amount of time discussing therapies and indications for each. He encouraged me to try Meloxicam, and already marked improvement in my mobility and stiffness. I highly recommend Dr Mills

I was sent by Dr Mills to have an mri at Prisma imaging and told someone from Dr Mills office would contact me for follow-up. No one called me so I made appointment myself for follow up results. Nurse told me I should have called. I told her a very nice way that I was not told that. Everything is good.

I have no complaints about any of the staff and my provider. I felt heard, I also did not feel rushed My questions and concerns were addressed fully, and other treatments were discussed for future care and treatment Your staff were all well trained and helpful, and courteous. Ì am a retired nurse, it is good to know that there is a good group of medical professionals that are available here to address patient problems and concerns. Thank you Dr Mills very much for your care and treatment of my left knee.

I had good care

Realized what I was asking for when I called for the appointment. I only went to BRO to get a soft tissue scan. When I called, I indicated that I was told to go there for an Ultrasound, and asked if I could get that there (and was told YES). I brought my own Xrays, but was told we needed to take new ones there... although I knew going in there was no skeletal damage, and was looking for ligament or tendon damage and solutions. Everyone was nice, the building was nice, but I don't feel like enough condiseration was given to why I was there?

Did not so I have called 3 times and haven't been able to set app. At a time convenient for me. Still waiting for assistant to call me.

I wish Blue Ridge had not joined with Prisma. Prisma AKA Greenville Health system has messed me up so bad with my shoulder, back, and women's health -- My shoulder has been irreparable and frequently causes excruciating pain because of the neglect and refusal to recognize there was something wrong with it; My back was never treated, only pain pills were pushed which I refused; and the urology department misdiagnosed me in 2016 and them and the GYN performed on unnecessary surgery that completely dismissed the issue and I have not been able to have intercourse with my husband for 10 years now because of the teaching college idiocy thinking they always know better than the patient!! -- And they gave me a narcotic pain medicine when I told them I did not want any, but they lied to me and gave me a reclassified narcotic!! I like Dr Mills And trust his professionalism and experience and the way he takes time to explain and listen..., but it sucks that he is part of Prisma now, which I do not trust.

Dr. Mills told me he was giving me a prescription for anti-inflammatory and it's still not at my pharmacy. I went there directly after the appointment and they had no knowledge of that whatsoever. They still don't. I need my prescription. So that's my complaint. Thank you.

i'm very unhappy with how long i have to wait for shoulder surgery. 6 months is terrible for any patient. this can be expected in Canada or Europe n not ib the u.s.a. this is not expectable to me at all.

I cannot think of anything. I've seen Dr Mills on and off since 2015 2016 and have been very pleased with him. He has a fantastic bedside manner while I was in the hospital for knee replacement and really cares for his patients. He has done 3 surgeries on my knees over the years and may be looking at another. Cannot find a better Dr like Dr Mills.

I got a copy of my records with the receipt, and there are some errors in those records. Not like a really big deal, but it does, I mean, it's enough that makes you wonder about, you know, how much information they have about you, if what they have is not necessarily accurate. I know that there's something that I can do to go about going to my chart and getting that changed and fixed and that kind of thing. But I was just surprised to find that it was not complete. So just wanted to let you know that. Thank you.
