I had good care

Realized what I was asking for when I called for the appointment. I only went to BRO to get a soft tissue scan. When I called, I indicated that I was told to go there for an Ultrasound, and asked if I could get that there (and was told YES). I brought my own Xrays, but was told we needed to take new ones there... although I knew going in there was no skeletal damage, and was looking for ligament or tendon damage and solutions. Everyone was nice, the building was nice, but I don't feel like enough condiseration was given to why I was there?

Did not so I have called 3 times and haven't been able to set app. At a time convenient for me. Still waiting for assistant to call me.

I wish Blue Ridge had not joined with Prisma. Prisma AKA Greenville Health system has messed me up so bad with my shoulder, back, and women's health -- My shoulder has been irreparable and frequently causes excruciating pain because of the neglect and refusal to recognize there was something wrong with it; My back was never treated, only pain pills were pushed which I refused; and the urology department misdiagnosed me in 2016 and them and the GYN performed on unnecessary surgery that completely dismissed the issue and I have not been able to have intercourse with my husband for 10 years now because of the teaching college idiocy thinking they always know better than the patient!! -- And they gave me a narcotic pain medicine when I told them I did not want any, but they lied to me and gave me a reclassified narcotic!! I like Dr Mills And trust his professionalism and experience and the way he takes time to explain and listen..., but it sucks that he is part of Prisma now, which I do not trust.

Dr. Mills told me he was giving me a prescription for anti-inflammatory and it's still not at my pharmacy. I went there directly after the appointment and they had no knowledge of that whatsoever. They still don't. I need my prescription. So that's my complaint. Thank you.

i'm very unhappy with how long i have to wait for shoulder surgery. 6 months is terrible for any patient. this can be expected in Canada or Europe n not ib the u.s.a. this is not expectable to me at all.

I cannot think of anything. I've seen Dr Mills on and off since 2015 2016 and have been very pleased with him. He has a fantastic bedside manner while I was in the hospital for knee replacement and really cares for his patients. He has done 3 surgeries on my knees over the years and may be looking at another. Cannot find a better Dr like Dr Mills.

I got a copy of my records with the receipt, and there are some errors in those records. Not like a really big deal, but it does, I mean, it's enough that makes you wonder about, you know, how much information they have about you, if what they have is not necessarily accurate. I know that there's something that I can do to go about going to my chart and getting that changed and fixed and that kind of thing. But I was just surprised to find that it was not complete. So just wanted to let you know that. Thank you.

This was my first visit. The receptionists was very helpful with a smile. I felt welcomed there the entire time. My visit with Dr. Mills was fantastic! He is a very sharp dresser. I do not know of any way the doctor or nurse could have done any better. The nurse was kind and got me ready for the doctor. The doctor was wonderful. Started of showing me my x-ray, and then examined me; explaining why by what we say on the x-ray. Watched me walk. Explained what to expect in the future. What to do to keep as active as possible and what activities not to do. He explained about a short term fix since I do not want surgery at this time. Sounded good to me. He said to just let him know if or when I feel it is time for surgery. He Will follow up with me 6 weeks after the temporary fix. And we will continue as he sees needed and if I am ready. Very kind, patient, and willing to work with me, with my input. Could not ask for better care.

There's nothing really. Dr Mills is the best Orthopedic surgeon there is. Very caring and kind and doesn't let you walk out without knowing everything you need to know. Always trusted his advice.
