Quicker appointment time. It took 6 weeks to get an appointment for a seriously ainful.back.

I have nothing but positive things to say about treatment from Dr. Viapiano. He sat down and went over everything he was trying to achieve with the procedure. He does a great job in ensuring I understood everything and answered all of my questions.

Dr. VIAPIANO is one of the kindest, nicest, most empathetic Physicians I have ever had. He genuinely cares about my condition and the pain I am in because of my back. Neither Dr. V nor his Assistant could have done anything better! He sits with you before the treatment and listens to what I have to say like I am the only person in the world at that moment. He never seems to busy to listen and help you in any way he can. If all Physicians at Prisma Health could be like Dr. Viapiano, you would never have to deal with another complaint. Thank God for my Dr. Viapiano! ?

I know of nothing else that Dr. Viapiano and his staff could do to make a visit easier and more pleasant. All are efficient, no waiting time, and patient and never feel like I am being rushed. We need far more physicians and staff such as Dr. Viapiano & his wonderful group.

I have no suggestions to make as I felt my care was excellent. the staff listened intently to my report of symptoms as life situation. Dr Viapiano had been informed of my needs before he entered my exam room. He was extremely attentive and compassionate. I was very well pleased with my visit.

I don't know other than having milk and cookies. Unfortunately I have been a client of Prisma for several years now. I am always comfortable with any of my medical services. The surgeons , the doctors, nurses, Technicians are always willing to listen to your needs. Definitely a huge thumbs up.

Continue the training with your employees and giving them the tools that they need to be out front with the patients. It means a lot when the person at the front desk who sees the patient first that they are courteous with the patient that way people want to return to your office. You have to be a people person to work with the public. I sure wished I could go back into customer service I loved it because you have to enjoy your job.

I can't think of anything, except it did take awhile to get an appointment (about a month). Once I got in, though, everyone was kind and explained things very thoroughly and well. Dr. Viapiano was very reassuring as I was nervous.

Dr. Viapiano and his staff are so personable, professional, thorough, patient and caring. He is the epitome of a Physician who knows his craft, explains each step in layman terms and has empathy for the patient with a wonderful bedside manner. He reassures his patient as he provides treatment, explaining each step as he meticulously navigates thru the procedure. Patients know what to expect before each step is initiated and when the treatment has concluded. His staff are at the top of the list for friendliness and greeting their patients with a smile, allowing them time to feel comfortable prior to Dr. Viapiano entering the treatment room. From the receptionist greeting the patients and gathering necessary information, to the completion of your visit and the receptionist checking to see if she can assist in any other way, patients and their escorts feel completely cared for and comfortable with their visit and being treated with TLC without bias to sex, race or nationality. Simply the best of the best!

You can't repair and compare, because they were good. So they're really great, just great people.

Front desk staff were rude, curt and unhelpful. They need customer service training and empathy. Plus Dr. V's checking person kept leaving her desk for personal reasons. Other staff just told people to wait until she got back. She was the rudest.

I love the care they provided

Number one, I was pressing. Number one, and all those weren't what I wanted to say, because everybody was nice, but they are too slow getting to you when you need it. And the treatment is fair, but sometimes I feel like they don't treat old black people as nice as they should. Thank you.
