I am very happy with Dr. Perez-Motlis and her staff.

It was a new patient appointment so mostly about getting acquainted and initiating some follow-ups. Nothing comes to mind for improvements at this time.

None. The staff is great from check in love the receptionist.

Better signage as you're leaving examining rooms to check out and exit. A very big building but well arranged except signage for exiting two and after check out from visit.

It was an excellent visit. I gorgot to ask how to get a same day visit through MyChart.

There's nothing that they could have done any better. I'm so happy with Janessa. I've had emotional and anxiety problems and sometimes it's hindered my well-being, but Janessa has always been there for me and I'm very, very pleased with Prisma Health.

Dr. Perez-Motlis is a wonderful doctor and a kind person. I feel very comfortable speaking with her about any health issues I may have. She is always caring and interested in my concerns. Her demeanor is reassuring no matter what health issues I may have.

I appreciate the courtesy, respect, and excellent care I receive at Seneca Family And Internal Medicine. I love this doctor. She is caring, kind, listens carefully and goes above and beyond. She always make sure I have needed prescriptions. When the visit was over she took me out to the checkout desk rather than asking someone else to do it. I am a vision, impaired patient and that meant a lot to me. She also provides excellent care to my mom who loves her as well. All of the staff are very professional and courteous. Thank you all so much.

It's difficult to get someone on the telephone. I realize in this age of AI they are letting it help but I do prefer a person and not having to wait and go through all the menus. This is true of everywhere nowadays though so it's no big deal really

Well I had to wait over 6 months for an appointment. As a nurse myself I know the challenges that office dr's have. Usually shortage of staff. The wait was worth it ! Dr Perez is wonderful!

Very efficient method of dealing with a UTI via MyChart. Sent message requesting lab test. Test results within an hour. And prescription to pharmacy within 3 hours.

Blood taking on the 13th seem to not have any connection to the appointment on the 16th. I have an appointment on the 16th as a checkup not sure what about I assumed it was in advance to the 16th. For discussion purposes which makes perfect sense. But technician intimated it was not for that. Not sure what the 13th appointment was for; that's up for speculation. I'm thinking I need to use a different office or physician attendant.

Found a way to get in quicker to see her. I ended up seeing her about a month earlier as I was on the waiting list and kept trying to get in but it was like jumping through hoops to finally get in. She is an excellent doctor and I understand why she has a wait list but this was a bit much

I was seen for concerns regarding an ongoing illness and breathing concerns. My O2 was not checked nor were my throat, nose, or ears.

Very good first visit. Everyone were courteous and helpful. The only thing that I could offer for improvement is quicker appointment with the Dr. If possible.
