I can't think of anything different that they should have done. I love my Dr and nurses there.

Janie is very professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Really like her.

Listen to me when I suggest I think of what I have. Refer me to care that would address my concern. Not discarding my thoughts of what is happening to my body. Investigate my own thoughts for my care.

To not have staff knocking on the door and trying to interrupt when I'm having a really serious conversation with my provider.

Explained a bit more of where infection/bacteria was in ear and how to properly administer drops.

I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel like my concerns weren't being listened to. There's no better way to build trust with me than to hear me, be patient with me and assure me my concerns are being listened to and understood. The PA did all those things during the appointment and the nurse met me in the hallway and confirmed I was ready to leave with all the information I needed.

This practice is the most efficient I have come across to date. The clinic is clean, staff is excellent, and doctors are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I wanted to pay my copay in cash before I left but was unable do so so since they did not have change. I prefer to pay for the service provided the same day. Thank you for all you do!

They are always changing our appointment time. They never ask about what will work we are just sent a new appointment. We have not had one appointment scheduled that did not get changed.
