I thought the visit was great and have no suggestions for improvement. It just took 5 months to get an initial appointment. I don't have health issues so it isn't really a big deal.

This was a great visit.

The representatives at the front desk could be a little bit nicer, especially when you're calling in for appointments. I've had multiple times that I've been disrespected on the phone calling in about my children. But the clinical staff is amazing.

I trust the providers very much and they respect me very much. The one thing that they could improve on is when you send them a message through MyChart or you try and get in contact with your doctor through MyChart or simply by contacting the office, it would be nice for them to get back to you as soon as possible, not 48 to 72 hours. But other than that, I'm very happy.

I don't have a suggestion, as I have always had a fabulous experience at Prisma Family Medicine and Dr. Jarrell NeSmith.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The doctor, the nurse & the front desk were all amazing.

Both visits were a 45 minute wait from actual given time. Dr. NeSmith was someone I would definitely recommend. Great guy on all levels.

I wish the facility brought back the pharmacy, & MRI. But also had CT scans available too. Boiling Springs SC is a growing community and it's really sad that PRISMA got rid of all of this at this facility. Dr. NeSmith is understanding, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is amazing, from the front desk to everyone in the back. The facility is immaculate.. I truly believe it's a good idea to have a one stop place for everything is a growing community.

All was well, staff was amazing. But, I had ro wait 4-5 months for me scheduled appointment.

The doctor and nurse were amazing. It felt like I was speaking with family. No improvement at this time.

The lobby furniture feels cringe. The fabric upholstery needs a deep clean. The vinyl furniture needs a good disinfecting and wiping down.

It's the first time after being four years in South Carolina that the medical team PRISMA HEALTH FAMILY AND INTERNAL MEDICINE treat me. DO Jarrell D NeSmith has made me feel like my health is important. We've explored different options. He has guided me throughout my treatment process and visits.

Bedside manner could be warmer.

There was an issue with the scheduling system as I was leaving and they were unable to make a follow up appt. They said they would call as soon as the system came back up. However I haven't heard from anyone since.
