Every thing was good for me being a new patient.

I don't think that you could get any better then Dr Guy and his staff they were absolutely amazing

Dr. Guy is an exceptional physician whose expertise and experience sets him apart. His depth of knowledge is immediately apparent. He has cared for our family for several years and he approaches each situation with confidence, precision, and thoughtful care. What makes him even more remarkable is his gentle and easygoing bedside manner-putting patients and their families at ease. He and his team takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. We wouldn't consider seeing anyone else-Dr. Guy is simply the best.

We had excellent service.

Our appointment was over an hour late, so it would have been nice to be seen on time.

Received pictures of the scope. Dr went over them with me, but it would be nice to have them briefly labeled to refer back to.

The team should ensure that all mri and X-rays are received from provider that patient was referred by. They shouldn't wait until the day of the appointment to tell you that they don't have your X-rays or mri. These things should be provided with the referral from the provider.

The doctor is very knowledgeable about treating people. Washing hands is importance when dealing with patients.

Excellent care

The biggest issue is wait time. I'm very busy. I have a schedule like you do. If I have a scheduled appointment at 2 o'clock, it would be nice to be seen at 2 o'clock or maybe 2:15 at the latest. I consistently have to wait over an hour and that is just total lack of respect. If you were to come into my office, I'm also a health care provider. If you were to come into my office and you had to wait more than 15 minutes, that would be unacceptable. You take for granted that you're always going to have patients no matter what you do. I think that's a big mistake. So I know everybody maybe in the orthopedic world is the same, but it's unfortunately very disrespectful to who you're treating.

Have Dr Guy more available closer to patients on southeast side of Columbia. He has an excellent professional reputation and I want him to examine my shoulder and diagnose my pain problem.

Staff is always amazing.

I waited for almost an hour after I was called to the back. Instead of having me or anyone else wait that long, let us know that the doctor is running behind. Everyone's time is valuable.

The wait (1 hour) to get into the appn was not acceptable.

I think that Dr. Guy's team is always top notch and they see you as soon as he has an opening and they take care of the problem and inform the patient. So, good job.

I prayed and asked God to give me a kind, compassionate and trustworthy doctor and nurse and my prayers were answered.

I just wanted to say that I've been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Guy for at least 10 years and he has been absolutely amazing. I have seen other orthopedics throughout. My issues with my knees and Dr. Guy has been hands down the best orthopedic doctor I've ever had. He has the best bedside manners. He's just awesome. So yeah, that's all I wanted to say. Thank you.

Just an observation. I was distracted by the appearance of the doctor assisting Dr. Guy. While he seemed knowledgeable, I was uncomfortable with his facial hair not being ummm, trimmed and shaped. Long hair does not bother me if pulled back and not distracting. But this is my opinion and level of discomfort.

Sending the PT office follow up instructions for my care and expectations of healing, timeline. While I know can't be exact but a general idea would be nice.

Nothing, Dr.Guy and his staff are amazing. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to handle my injury!!

I have appreciated all the staff that have helped my son through this process. He was nervous and his care team from the time we checked and check out. Everyone is greatly appreciated

Dr Guy was immediately warm and friendly, welcoming when he entered the room - as was his nurse and the front desk person. There is nothing I would change about the people . However the space their practice sits in looks drab and old. Other Prisma offices are sparkling new and I certainly appreciate it because it makes one less glum coming in for care . I think Dr Guy and his staff deserve a bright new redecorating or remodel of the space. It feels cramped in the waiting room even with the nice windows. Give him more space . Move The Gyn office across the hall - I've been there too and that space is HORRIBLE. Remodel it and give to Dr Guy. Please.

Wait time was long.

Visit could not have been better. I did not wait long, the staff was very professional and patient friendly. Dr. Guy explained what my x-rays showed and explained the treatment he recommended. Very efficient group and I look forward to getting the treatment recommended and getting my issue resolved .

You did GREAT, no recommendations!

The boot guy could have explained a little more carefully about how to add air to the boot and release air. He did not explain that. And then also the straps were not inserted correctly. And I had to ask for help the next day during my next appointment in which someone was very helpful. But the initial straps for my boot were wrong, and I had trouble putting them on.

What a great staff!! Dr. Guy and his staff are so wonderful!!

My first visit to Prisma Health was terrific.

I didn't feel as though there was communication between Dr Guy and the ortho clinic. He seemed to be unaware of our prior visit at the clinic & the plan of care we were prescribed during the weeks between our clinic visit & appointment with Dr Guy. We were very discouraged when we left Dr Guy's office.

While out appointment was at 9:10 am and we were not brought back until after 10:30 am I appreciate the time the doctor took evaluating my son, reviewing his X-rays, and discussing his treatment. I felt the wait was well worth it.

Reduce the wait time. I sat in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I am aware delays can occur and this should be given to the patient without the patient asking for updates.

Front desk: taking the time to handle incorrect information immediately & not tell you they will handle it later. Leaving you with the uncertainty if the problem gets resolve.

Yes, my feedback would be to honor the patient's appointments. If a patient has an appointment at 1040, there is no excuse why that patient should be pulled back to an exam room at 12 o'clock. If the patient was 15 minutes late, the appointment would be canceled and the patient would be forced to reschedule. However, It's okay for the providers and the staff to be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes. In my case, an hour and 20 minutes behind for us to have to sit there and wait. The patient's time is just as valuable as the provider's time, and this would be a great thing for the staff to work on.

I had an acute problem and was referred for injections. Well, there was no appointments open for FOUR weeks. And of course I received this data at 4:56 pm on a holiday weekend. I think a staff should have called to find out the waiting time before I left the office so I could ask for oral steroids (that I hate) to start the anti-inflammatory process immediately! I am irritated that 4 weeks (3.75) was the only option.

His performance was exemplary, and his patient interaction skills are outstanding.

I would like for the nurses to treat the patients, i.e. me, that I know what my pain is and not seem like they mock me.

My process is just beginning. I have confidence my issues will be addressed and a game plan set in motion to meet my goals. Dr. Guy is an Elite professional. I have referred many of my friends and clients to him all with positive results.

None- fantastic support and care- Dr. Guy and team are incredible and we couldn't have been happier with entrusting him in our daughters care!

The visit its self was very rushed. I felt like I couldn't get one answer out before she moved on to the next question. I spent longer waiting for her to come in the room than I actually spent in the room with her.

Honestly it was a seamless process. Great job to this practice.
