The NP that came in the room with the physician didn't identified herself. I believe she was the MD scribe. She didn't have a friendly demeanor. Dr Ehreth was absolutely professional and provided excellent care to my grandchild.

My son's care was excellent from the call to schedule his appointment, to the front desk staff, nursing staff, doctor, and check out process. Thank you all for providing such excellent care with a smile on your face!

The provider made his assessments, but didn't necessarily seek parent feedback or involvement in developing a treatment plan. And when I refused parts of what he recommended, he just said, okay, well, we're just not going to do anything and wait until there's a problem. And I had to ask him follow-up questions because I'm like, okay, well, you listed multiple things. There is one thing that I would like to address. So I think just the provider being a little bit more patient as far as with listening to parents and including them in treatment plans instead of just dismissing them when they have concerns or explaining things in more details as far as what complications or approaches.

Hi, yes, I think that one thing is that if there's a way that we can get the labs ordered over in our hometown, which is Sumter, even though we go to Prisma Health, Richland Park, that would be very helpful, and I'm not sure if that impacts other people as well. But anyway, I may have to be researching which labs we can go to in this town, because we just didn't have time to stick around before having to head back. All right, thank you.

"Thank you for taking good care of our child. Maybe more regular updates or small messages during the day would help us feel even more connected and informed. We really appreciate everything you do."
