Jeffrey Wayne Hall, MD

I jave been a patient of Doctor Jeffrey Hall since he started practicing medicine years ago. He is courteous, listens carefully to my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed when I am there. I will continue to see him as my pcp, and he is an awesome doctor that truly cares for me as a patient. I am very satisfied with his level of care.

My visits with the clinic has always been great ?

Everything was fine.

This is an inappropriate survey. I DID NOT see the doctor or any nurse. I came in for lab work. So where it asked about a "nurse" I answered for the lab tech who is wonderful. Please stop using a generic survey and use one that is relevant to the reason I am at the clinic.

It would be nice if you sent me the right questionnaire. I came in only to get my blood drawn. I did not meet with the doctor or talk to any nurse. The receptionist was very pleasant. She remembers my name, and gets me checked in quickly. The lab tech is wonderful. She has never had to stick me more than once each time I come in. She is friendly. She always ask me about (INR).

Dr. Hall is the most caring, professional, knowledgeable doctor we've had in years. His nurse is equally caring and professional. However, I needed to call 3 times to no avail to get an appointment. Finally I got an appt via My Chart. That's not right!

I can't think of any way, it was all a great experience.

I did not see the doctor or nurse. I was there for lab work only. Many of the survey questions really did not apply but it was not possible to bypass any question. The lab personnel are friendly and attentive and very good at their job. Dr. Hall called to go over the lab results with me in a very timely manner.

Listening and understanding what I'm trying to tell them. I go through it every day. They only see what they read. And sometimes I have to repeat stuff over and over.

Everything with Dr. Jeff Hall and his staff was fine. The whole appointment, everything went great. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

my visit was very good , I cant think of any thing that could be done to make my visit better

Waiting on a call back before 5pm as they doctor said he would which didn't happen. this morning someone would pick up the phone and just hang up 6 times still haven't gotten information about referrals three days

Could not have a better doctor than Dr. Hall. He is patient and listens to what you have to say. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. Jamerra, the lab tech, was very good. I hardly knew she had stuck me. She was also patient and friendly.

Dr. Hall was very thorough and showed a degree of professionalism during my visit. The nurse appeared to be tired. She was respectful, but not friendly .

The staff was very informative in a professional manner.

I can't think of anything because it was an exceedingly excellent appointment.
