I forgot to ask when I would get the results of the MRI I had. I have looked for it in MyChart but haven't seen it yet. Maybe they sent it to Dr. Gilroy first?

Everything went very smoothly from check in to X-ray and dr visit. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I felt well taken care of. Thank you for the great service. It's had to receive that these days and I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know.

Dr Gilroy was wonderful. I couldn't get answers from my provider and had to make an appointment with IMA to speak to someone. I told her I wish she could be my primary physician.

We moved here over 2 years ago and Prisma Health is the best! You can always get an appointment and every employee and doctor has always been the best we've ever had! They listen to you and are very caring. Also I have NEVER had to wait in the office for any length of time to see the doctor. Which has never been the case in the past with previous doctors. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Gilroy was extremely helpful and provided me with medical help. Her bedside manner was great. Although I was not feeling well, her professionalism , bedside manner and personality made me feel better knowing I had the right treatment and diagnosis.

My After Visit didn't show up on my computer after I got home. I had a few more things I wanted to understand better and thought I could read about it there.

I love this clinic. My husband had a small emergency and they were able to see him within the hour.

I really like the same sick day visit, so nice to be able to request the same doctor that you want!

Dr Gilroy was excellent

The doctor was great. The only thing was there was nobody there to do the CT scan so I had to go to a different facility, but my insurance would probably make me do that either way.

No, Dr Gilroy was extremely helpful. Plus the fact that she was friendly and took an extra two minutes to chat. Unfortunately, that has become rare in today's world.

I have no complaints. The "same day clinic" at IMA is such an effective way to service patients without waiting several days to see someone about an immediate concern. When I have used the services there I have seen Dr Gilroy. She is the best!

I got an appointment when I needed it, and was treated and had medication same day. I have seen Dr Gilroy before and really like her. When I can't see my regular doctor, it's nice to be able to see someone in the same day clinic.

A lot of orders were entered for me. The nurse giving me an IV did not know there was supposed to have an anti-inflammatory medication added to it. I told her and sure enough, she came back and added it to the IV near the end.

Dr. Gilroy was wonderfully caring of my husband (the patient) but also asked how I was doing, knowing I am his care partner.... She touched my heart with her concern!

I couldn't have been happier and more pleased with the service I got from the staff, in particular Dr. Gilroy. They did a great job looking at my medical records, checking me over, giving me whatever tests I needed, and I was very happy and pleased with the performance of their services. That's it.

My experience was great from the reception staff to the nurses to Dr. Gilroy.

I think everything was done fine. Your robot asked about washing or cleaning hands. I noticed that rubber gloves were put on every time that contact was made and that was enough and that was proper. When I had my temperature taken or when I had the pressure put on, checked this, that, checked that, while I was going over my records, everything's fine.

Nothing Jennifer Gilroy is the best. She tried to get me an appt to get assess drained and with her referral got absess drained..today. I was to followup with her if no appt. I sent her a note i was cancelling her appt and She called me and was glad I got appt. She is the best.

You could have let me drop off a urine specimen and had the doctor call in a scrip without my having to wait an extra day to see her. I had a UTI, one of many I have had over the years. I had to wait an extra day in misery.

when I had to give blood to be tested, it was a little bit painful and I don't remember having that as far back as like a year, but this year, both times I've had to give blood, it was a little awkward and there was no pressure put on the wound afterwards other than that stretchy tape and that just doesn't keep it from bleeding. I think it would be an improvement to put something like a Band-Aid or something tighter on the wound itself. Thank you.

Some doctors' offices are open all day Friday and also Saturday morning. Sometimes I wish I had chosen one of them. If I call on Friday morning I often can't get in.

After diagnosing a fracture across my spine I thought the appointment with the Spine doctor would be less than almost one month away!! The pain has not subsided even with pain meds!!

Can't think of any. Everyone involved in my treatment was courteous, kind and very professional. I was very impressed. Dr. Gilroy was excellent in all respects.

Prisma continues to decline in quality care. No one ever knows my history. They seem rushed and anxious to diagnose and move on to next patient. More time is spent updating computer information than discussing my symptoms. The doctor asked me if my lymph nodes were swollen. I said, " I don't know. I was hoping you would tell me!!!". Looked at my throat but gave no feedback. This was the same day clinic. Same feedback applies for my internist whenever I can actually get in to see him.

I can't think of anything. This was the best experience I've had at any of the urgent care facilities I've used or had to take my kids and grandkids for treatments. Dr. Gilroy was very thoughtful and kind, and because of her care I am getting better the day after I saw her. She diagnosed and started treatment that worked.
