My experience was great from the reception staff to the nurses to Dr. Gilroy.

I think everything was done fine. Your robot asked about washing or cleaning hands. I noticed that rubber gloves were put on every time that contact was made and that was enough and that was proper. When I had my temperature taken or when I had the pressure put on, checked this, that, checked that, while I was going over my records, everything's fine.

Nothing Jennifer Gilroy is the best. She tried to get me an appt to get assess drained and with her referral got absess drained..today. I was to followup with her if no appt. I sent her a note i was cancelling her appt and She called me and was glad I got appt. She is the best.

You could have let me drop off a urine specimen and had the doctor call in a scrip without my having to wait an extra day to see her. I had a UTI, one of many I have had over the years. I had to wait an extra day in misery.

when I had to give blood to be tested, it was a little bit painful and I don't remember having that as far back as like a year, but this year, both times I've had to give blood, it was a little awkward and there was no pressure put on the wound afterwards other than that stretchy tape and that just doesn't keep it from bleeding. I think it would be an improvement to put something like a Band-Aid or something tighter on the wound itself. Thank you.

Some doctors' offices are open all day Friday and also Saturday morning. Sometimes I wish I had chosen one of them. If I call on Friday morning I often can't get in.

After diagnosing a fracture across my spine I thought the appointment with the Spine doctor would be less than almost one month away!! The pain has not subsided even with pain meds!!

Can't think of any. Everyone involved in my treatment was courteous, kind and very professional. I was very impressed. Dr. Gilroy was excellent in all respects.

Prisma continues to decline in quality care. No one ever knows my history. They seem rushed and anxious to diagnose and move on to next patient. More time is spent updating computer information than discussing my symptoms. The doctor asked me if my lymph nodes were swollen. I said, " I don't know. I was hoping you would tell me!!!". Looked at my throat but gave no feedback. This was the same day clinic. Same feedback applies for my internist whenever I can actually get in to see him.

I can't think of anything. This was the best experience I've had at any of the urgent care facilities I've used or had to take my kids and grandkids for treatments. Dr. Gilroy was very thoughtful and kind, and because of her care I am getting better the day after I saw her. She diagnosed and started treatment that worked.

I am very fortunate to be a patient at IMA. The level of care from the moment you walk into the door is unmatched anywhere else. I know every time I set an appointment it will be the same level of care no matter if its my yearly checkup or a same day appointment with a Dr. I have never met. IMA is the best of the best in my opinion.

Dr Gilroy is a very caring compassionate doctor. She listens, and after she examined me, she explains her diagnosis to where I could understand. I really feel comfortable with a female doctor. I am so grateful for her taking care of me and I'm feeling better and getting well.
