Dr. Colburn is originally from Maryville, Tennessee. She attended Southern Adventist University near Chattanooga, TN for her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She went on to earn her medical degree from Loma Linda University in Southern California. From there, she was thrilled to return “home” to the south to complete her Pediatrics residency training at Greenville Health System. She is board certified in Pediatrics.
Dr. Colburn’s particular interests include newborn care, breastfeeding support for moms, and advocacy for the benefit of vaccinations in the preventative care of children. She considers it a privilege to partner with parents and families in the health, growth, and wellness of her patients.
Dr. Colburn spends her free time at home with her husband, a Spartanburg, SC native, and her two children. As a family, they enjoy boating/water sports, biking and many other outdoor activities, hanging out with friends and extended family, traveling, and cheering on Clemson and Tennessee sports teams.

It would be nice if there was a system in place to keep track of custody because I have an ex who constantly tries to position himself as the primary, while in our legal documents I am the primary parent and need to be the primary contact.
