Nothing really, this was my first visit and we just moved here from out of state so my past medical records were not available. But the Dr is ordering a complete blood panel to start from there which I appreciate!

Yes, I was mainly there to be sure that all of my prescriptions were updated and refilled. And I found out four days later that they have not. That is, it was mainly to be to check on my prescriptions. And though they listened and they were wonderful, I really needed those prescriptions taken care of. Thank you.

With my experience, there was nothing that needed to be improved on -- Everyone was delightful, helpful, professional and seemed genuine in caring about taking care of me. The facility was lovely and very clean. It was overall a very nice experience!

There was confusion about the next step. If I'm waiting back to hear back from the doctor or I am to find a specialist on my own, I'm not really sure the next step after my lab report.

First day tall dark headed nurse seem snooby very demanding. Shes from Greenville area. Been there 2 to 3. Wasn't nice. Other black girl. Didn't were gloves. Last visit was better with older nurses

Everything was fine!

The only threes I hit were the reasons that I'm a new patient with this provider. It's the first time I've ever seen them, so that's the only thing I can base it on. That combined with the VA's reluctance to help me transfer to this care provider makes it threes in those categories, so it's not Dr. Wentzky's fault. The VA doesn't transition the veterans into community care very easily. So that's no fault of his own and I expect over the course of many visits that will smooth out. Thank you so much.

I love this office, everyone is great! My kids always like going to the doctors because everyone is so kind to them.
