Nothing, great staff and care provider

Front registration staff need training. They miscommunicated the reason for my visit. I had a 10am appointment for flu and pneumonia vaccine. At 10:20 am I had to ask front desk why I was still waiting- no explanation was given - then I was told by nurse that she didn't have a Dr.'s order for pneumonia vaccine. All this after driving 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes home. The office staff need communication and attention to detail training

It would be nice if someone would come to the room and let you know that the doctor is running late instead of just leaving you sitting there. So that was a suggestion.

It's very difficult to get a timely appointment at this facility.

They were all great I even got in the back quickly and the Dr was in less than 8 mins and he ask me all about what I was going through and he answered all my questions offered me different solutions till he came across what I needed. The nurse is always great as well love to see her always has a smile on her face and listens to everything. When im telling her about what's going on. I'm thankful for the great support and care I have with this practice especially with my nurse and Dr. The receptionist are always great as well very polite and caring . Thankful they are over my health care

Oconee county requires specialist. The demand is definitely high enough. Whenever I bring this subject to Prisma I hear excuses. It is hard, the patient population tends to not follow medical advise. Recruitment can be done but the corporation has to be willing to solve this problem. We have one of nicest lakes,Clemson University and better weather than the North. I know it can be done.

Keep doing what your doing If it's not broke don't fix it !

If I do not have a scheduled Pullman, it's very hard to get one or to have the phone answered.
