I would like to recognize the fact that I did not realize there were four options and to be very candid, I would have given all fours instead of the majority of threes. It was not until I was well into the survey that I took time to listen that there was a fourth option. I am completely satisfied, impressed by the staff and find them welcoming and most accommodating and assuring.

Nothing that the provider could do. He's wonderful. MyChart could be improved. I don't understand the process of scheduling a virtual visit. It's also difficult to upload documents in MyChart. I wish there was just a "Send document to your Doctor" button so I could send easily send over lab results and other documents relevant to my health care.
