Nothing that the provider could do. He's wonderful. MyChart could be improved. I don't understand the process of scheduling a virtual visit. It's also difficult to upload documents in MyChart. I wish there was just a "Send document to your Doctor" button so I could send easily send over lab results and other documents relevant to my health care.

Dr. Joel Amidon and his staff members are truly amazing & outstanding. He takes time with you, thoroughly answers all questions, asks if there's anything else he can do for you. Grateful for him and the staff! Highly recommend him to anyone you won't be disappointed at all.

Try to minimize the wait time for everybody. It's the thing you come in at 745 and don't be seen until 830. It's like kind of a waste of the client's time. Other than that, you guys are perfect.
