I would tell the people checking you in and checking you out. A smile goes a long way they weren't rude, but they weren't welcoming and polite. I don't know how to describe it, but it was like next, name, date of birth. If I would've asked question or needed a question I wouldn't have asked it because it would've been an inconvenience for them. The nursing staff and MD that I saw or assistance or whoever was behind the first door I went through all the way to the last door. I would've asked one of them, even though it's not their job because everybody was so kind courteous seemed to want to be there And want to help

Things were great except for the time of the appointment and follow-up. I need to have a procedure done, but have to wait over a month to get the appointment. I realize that this is due to demand for a good doctor, but a lot of it is also due to issues with health insurance.

Dr SIDDENS and his team were wonderful!

Dr Siddens talked about my drooping eye lids and what would be done to correct the problem. He has a great personality and made me feel right at home as he explained the cause of my problem and the procedure to correct it. He is truly concerned about his patients and it was a pleasure meeting him. I feel extremely comfortable with his prognosis and recommendations.

This visit was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had medically . Could not have ask for more courtesy from staff. Highly recommend Dr. Siddens and his staff.

The provider and nurse indicated that I would receive a packet of information at check out regarding surgery instructions and information. When I asked about this at check out, I was told that the information action would be in my chart. This was confusing. When I arrived home and checked mychart, there was no surgery packet or instructions.

The provider Dr. Siddens consistently demonstrates professionalism, offering clear explanations and outlining detailed treatment plans. He regularly checks on the status of current treatments, ensuring that progress is being made. If improvement goals are not being met, he reassesses the situation and adjusts the approach as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes. Improvement area or a training opportunity is the front office team.

I was early had a timely wait for surgery and was trying to ease and distract anxiety from the long wait with the TV and most of the staff could have been more considerate of their volume when doing duty tasks on the other side of a sheet because the TV volume could not be turned up past decimal number 10

Dr Siddens listens to me as a patient. Takes into account what my specific problems are. Staff is so kind.

Dr Siddens was personable. He answered all my questions in his office and at the surgery center. He has performed the required surgery for many years. His nurses were efficient and called with care questions the day after the surgery. My My Chart message was not answered in a timely manner. We discussed this at the post op. I understand his hectic schedule plus what to do the next time I have a medical question.

The doctor and staff were outstanding.

I see a lot of doctor's, this was one of the best visits I've had. Everyone involved in my care was very kind. My only complaint would be the musty smell in the building.

Needed to explain while in office all the possible side effects and/or all the risks, as well as possible outcomes. For post-surgery appointment, you need to show the picture before surgery compared to a post surgery picture. Corrections done to eyelids, but caused creases on the sides of the eyes. One eye is worse than other. I traded problem areas for other problems.
