At the end of the appointment, the doctor asked us to wait for the vaccination, but a nurse approached offering WIC and Medicaid services and asked us to leave the room. Even after I told her we were waiting for the baby's vaccination, I felt unsafe being asked to leave the room if the service wasn't finished, especially since she's a newborn. It made me uncomfortable.
