The nurse I talked to on the phone was very rude. She didn't let me talk much, she would cut me off, or start talking when I was already talking. She would put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. And she just had a rude tone of voice & she spoke rudely. She wasn't very understanding of my concerns. And she told me the doctor didn't say things that he did without a doubt tell me. The people in the front office seemed fine, the doctor at the time of the appointment seemed fine, the nurse we had at the appointment seemed fine, but that particular nurse I talked on the phone to, I did not like how she treated us at all. She did eventually follow through with my concerns & what I called for, but only after I had to call her a second time, & she still wasn't friendly about it.

Dr. Markowitz and his staff have always been amazing care providers for both of my kids. I can't think of anyway they could improve as they always are top notch!
