A Tennessee native, Jordann Staples, DO, joined Prisma Health Children's Hospital–Midlands as a pediatric neurologist after obtaining her medical degree from William Carey University College of Medicine and then going on to complete a residency in pediatric neurology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Staples brings a passion for general pediatric neurology, diagnosing and treating a variety of disorders including epilepsy, developmental delay, headaches and movement disorders among others. She enjoys the unique opportunity that pediatric neurology provides of working with patients as they grow and develop day by day. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Staples enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as reading, watching movies and trying new restaurants.

This doesn't happen often but i dont have anything i can think of that could have been improved on. The woman that did my daughters EEG was so amazing that i didnt even think twice about her holding her while i made up a bottle and i am even weird about some extended family holding her. The woman up front was extremely sweet too! I had less than 30 seconds of a wait time before i was brought back too but didnt feel rushed at all during the appointment. Everyone was great!!

I love and trust Dr. Staples. The staff are amazing and services are the best. Thank you to Dr. Staples and her team for taking time and great care of my daughter.
