The nurse who took my information before I saw the doctor came in (questions, details, etc.), spoke way too loud. Patient information should be private, not so loud for others outside the room to hear. It was very uncomfortable.

Staff in reception was busy chatting and not noticing there were 2 of us waiting to check in. 3rd person sitting at a pc and could see us ignored us. Turns out she was supposed to do the check in. Never acknowledged us.

This is such a great facility. I have been going to doctor KINSMAN for many years and other doctors I have seen remarked about how lucky I was to have her as my primary doctor. I love my doctor and I feel so comfortable and safe when I go to her. If I need to ask more questions and I forget to ask I write a note on my chart and she gets back to me e ery time. She is a doctor that your facility should be proud to have. This facility that she came to recently is great. They are respectful, courteous, always welcoming and thorough. I really like her new place. The people are all so very nice. Please, keep up the good work.I tell new comers to the state to go to this place all the time. I also tell them to try to get Dr. Julie KINSMAN. Best around.

Dr. Kinsman is thorough, knows my somewhat complicated medical history and has helped me navigate through my health issues with empathy and knowledge.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved upon. I was given excellent care and I'm very pleased with everything about my visit.

More of a personalized approach with intent to make visit better. While attention was provided to my foot pain, there was no personality traits noticeable by the doctor, not even a smile at the end, for any support, if it was needed. The nurse was very nice & gave me hope for healing.

Dr. Kinsman was well aware of my sciatica pain and has worked hard to relieve my pain. This is a very difficult and frustrating condition and she has given me many suggestions for pain relief as well as contacting specialists that may be able to help. I have another follow up appointment tomorrow. There is nothing else that she could have or can do to alleviate my pain.

More transparency in cost for procedures you preform, Especially at hospitals.

Checked my medications list and history to see if my GI issues were going to be a problem. With UTI meds.

Everyone was very respectful and helpful, I can't think of any improvement being needed. The front desk check-in person was especially courteous too. I always feel I can trust the care I receive from Dr. Kinsman, she's so thorough and careful to consider all of my issues. She took time to talk with me about my weight concerns and the impact on my health, which I really appreciate. The office seems efficient and very well run, too. No long waiting time, which is nice.

Dr. Kinsman is great. She explains everything thoroughly and I feel very comfortable with her as my primary care physician. She listens to any concerns that I have and we discuss accordingly very pleased with my care.

This was a mobile mammogram bus. My regular doctor was not there. She was just sent the results. The staff in the unit were great. Courteous, friendly and efficient. It was a great - convenient experience.

The doctor took a good bit of time with me and her helper was very informative and help me too no problems

No issues at all. Dr. Kinsman is the best PCP I've experienced. She's well prepared for my visits and covers all bases. She's a great listener and communicates with me very well. Her staff is also extremely caring and friendly.
