Dr. Lewis spent much time with me during my appointment and addressed all of my concerns. She showed great compassion for the stress I am currently under, and I am very grateful for this understanding. I cannot offer any suggestions for improved trust and respect.

The front desk person could have greeted upon entrance to the desk. The check out person was very courteous.

More thorough medical history and examination. The bloodwork should have been seen prior to the appt. Not a glance on my phone. I also don't see why I had an appt for something that could not be helped or changed via medical intervention. No matter a positive or negative result you weren't going to provide and additional care.

Hi, my visit with Dr. Lewis was great as always. I always have a good experience with her, feel very respected, heard all that. The one issue I have with the office is that sometimes the staff can be dismissive, extremely rude, treat you like, what are you asking me to help you with? And I don't mean the medical staff, I'm talking about the office staff. and this time was no different. Some of them are great and go above and beyond, but I've had almost every experience where it does not feel that way. When Dr. Lewis brought me to the checkout, which she made sure somebody was there to check me out, as soon as she left, I was ignored. I was tossed between two different people to check out, and they kept asking each other who would check me out, and I had to go back behind the checkout area just to keep

The doctors and staff at this office are very caring and courteous. We have been most fortunate to be able to transfer to this office from our daughter's pediatric office (also a great Prisma facility). We love Dr. Lewis.

The lady at the checkout was rushing me through the checkout when I was trying to find dates for my doctor's visits.

Stop asking for patients to say their entire address and phone number. The waiting room doesn't need to know all that information. They are looking at the address when I say 123 for the street number and it matches that should be plenty to identify that is the same. Especially when I say nothing has changed. Same goes for the number the last 4 digits is enough to make the match. I've been to a different prisma facility that didn't give all my information to the waiting room and I really appreciated that.
