It is a small thing but, I miss the colorful scrubs. Sometimes you enjoy what is in a scrub the nurse is wearing. Children especially do.

I get the best care. My while family does. Dr Spinks is part of our family now. She goes above and beyond for us. She researches and figures out what's going on no matter what it takes. She listens. My boys wouldn't be doing so well without her! I would like to see the nurses in fun scrubs. It helps the mood.

Absolutely nothing! Dr Spinks was fantastic. Your question about the nurse I answered because I couldn't get past it. There was no nurse who helped me.

Respond sooner regarding labs especially if they are abnormal

Honestly my case is a bit complicated however, I did not feel at any time I was not heard or get clarification. My only point of critique would be that of the long wait to get an appointment although I perfectly understand the circumstances and would choose to do it again.

Dr. Spinks has been my doctor for a while. She is one of the most understanding and compassionate doctor I have had. She listens to me in each visit and makes sure that I am comfortable with everything before the appointment. I couldn't as for a better PCP.

Dr. Spinks and her staff are the absolute best. I fully trust her and feel heard and supported by her. I have the upmost respect for her and her staff and have always had a great experience during my visits. I always feel respected and cared for.

The staff was excellent, attentive and answered all questions. Never felt this confident with previous providers.

The only suggestion I have is that you can hear from one room to the next. When the AC fan is running it's much better but when it cuts off, you can hear most everything. Some background noise would help.

No problem with trust and respect. The wait was much longer than normal. My appointment was at 2:30 and it was 4:00 when I left.
