The office staff at the front desk was talking bad about the other girls pretty loudly the whole time I was in the lobby.

When the nurses come out to announce the next person, the acoustics in the room makes it hard to hear and understand because of the deep southern drawl. You could use a microphone.

They was real good to me. The staff was good. The doctors were good. The nurses were good. Everything was clean.

While getting labs drawn, the phlebotomist complained about some lady who she used to work with taking a red heart that was on her badge and trying to throw it away. It was really strange and I felt it was inappropriate for her to discuss that with me, especially since it had no bearing on my visit or even the conversation we were having. I did appreciate she educated me not to pump my hand while she felt for a vein because it would alter my lab results, but that education led to the weird piece of her telling me about the red heart which continued uncomfortably long. It was weird. The only other thing I'd suggest is know which exit to direct patients to when they are checking out and going straight to lab. I came in one entrance, was directed out of a different entry/exit and had to walk via outside back to the place I started to get labs drawn. Was disjointed.

Well found out there are 2 entrances, went to first "A" as my chart did not say otherwise. As well as only entrance I had ever used. Got there at 2:30 only one in waiting room . No receptionist. Two more patients entered now it's 2:45 ,and that is my appointment time . After another 10 min. wait the last patient just left . Second patient started knocking on doors and finally got someone to notice us . We were told then that we were in the wrong place . 3:00 now . We were then lead to "B" . Second patient was checked in and seen before me . When finally taken back it was another 30 minutes before I saw my doctor. Finished up around 3:50 . This was ridiculous , arrival 2:30 and left at 3:45. Needs to be better instructions for the patients to arrive at the right place .

Excellent work from staff

I would have liked the nurse to not try to guilt trip me into vaccinating my daughter. Pointing out deaths of children and trying to push vaccines. Not cool.

Taken more time with me. It felt extremely rushed. Ask me multiple times if I have any other questions. Try to get to know what I want, what my priorities are, and what I'm comfortable with.

Kathryn Brown is my PA, my nurse's practitioner and I can't think of a way she could have been a better listener, provided more supportive care. She knows my history. She's very respectful and considerate of me, easy to talk with, gave wonderful resource information. I just felt heard and given good resource information to follow up with. I can't say enough good things about Kathryn Brown. She's spectacular. Thank you.
