Everyone was kind and helpful.

No issues with my visit - always a very positive experience and great staff!

All the staff and doctor treated us in a professional and caring manner.. they answered questions fully, did not rush us and were very helpful .

Don't change anything! You have consistently shown respect and I trust the team for my and my wife's health.

I can't imagine better care than I receive at Liberty Family Care. Everyone is so very nice. The office is decorated all over with seasonal themes and lots of tips for better health. The staff seems to enjoy each other. I don't want to ever leave this practice.

I can't think of anything you should have done, that didn't do. As always, I appreciate the care and support of everyone at Liberty Family Care.

The office staff could have suggested other ways for me to reach my provider like through my chart or they could have said something about Telehealth appointment.
