Good visit. Good people. However, office needs updating. Laminate pieces missing from cabinets, looking aged. Nothing mentioned by office, just my observation.

All my appointments with Dr. Adkins are well respected and she always give me excellent advise about my health care. Whether its about my medication or my fitness.

Billing. The hill was sent to me on MyChart. It showed an insurance adjustment so I paid it. I spoke with my insurance company today and u should have paid $30 not $154 after he adjustment. Why was I billed before this was filed? I want my extra $ back asap$ I cannot afford to be over charged: clearly I intend to do what is right, that is why I paid the bill. Please do what is right and return my over payment.

Dr Adkins is knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional and a very good communicator. I feel like I can totally trust her with my care.

I just want to say that it's one of the best doctor's offices I've ever been and my doctor is really great and really cares and I don't think there's much more she could do. She goes out of her way to make sure everything's good. Thanks a lot.

Nothing to add. Dr Adkins is great! She listens and talks through the plan of care to address your issue.

Dr. Adkins is an amazing physician. I haven't been feeling well and she has worked to find out what exactly was going on. She messaged me to check in and even when she was off, she arranged another physician to follow up with me.

The doctor and her medical team are exemplary in both medical expertise and communication.

Give your doctors more time with their patients. I was scheduled for a yearly physical and had lots of questions but since I have lots of medical conditions, she had too much to address in the time allocated. She had to take care of the major issues first, which she did a wonderful job.

None. The visit was good. The message post visit showed dedication and responsibility. I am very pleased to have Dr. Adkins as my PCP.

It may have helped if the staff had asked me about past doctors' care/visits. It was showing that I was a new patient. I have been going to TR Family Practice since I was a child. The doctor I had been seeing at visits had left this facility and I didn't receive any notification. I finally decided that I should have a physical so I had to choose another doctor. That's when I was listed as a new patient (new to the doctor I saw recently anyway). I guess my old records are no longer on file. Hopefully, all will move forward without any issues. I really liked my new doctor and appreciate the time she spent getting to know me and check me out.

I was expecting a full physical. And when I walked into the office, I was told by the physician that this was a consultation and that is not what I was told. So I think to be up front when you're visiting a position for the first time and you're new to that practice, they should tell you exactly what's involved in your first visit. I thought I would have a comprehensive physical because that is what I scheduled.

I met Dr Adkins for the first time. She went over my entire medical history and verified everything and asked about my medication. She even told me things I didn't know I was doing taking certain medications. Top notch doctor! Highly recommended

This was a special appointment to treat my cold and I appreciate this special appointment on such short notice

I am a new patient, Everyone was very pleasant, informed me of what to expect and answered all my questions. Everything was very nice and clean, inside the facility and outside. I was very pleased and look forward to being a patient. I do not have any family within this area, so I can not recommend this facility to them, but if had family local, I would highly recommend this facility.

The check in and check out staff are not friendly and act like you're bothering them. All other staff is great!

Dr Adkins is the best doctor I have ever had. She is intelligent, conscientious, pro-active and very respectful. She has contributed to great improvements in my health and I feel very grateful.
