Everything was great. Kayla is very knowledgeable and I trust her opinions.

They did a fine job. I was satisfied with the care they gave to me.

Nurse was cold devoid of emotion. She had a job to do and was only interested in getting her question answered with yes or no. She keep stating this is a yes or no question. But not all questions could be answered without explanation. She did not gain my trust in her caring for my needs as a person.

Dr. EGLI is the most caring doctor.

More time for office visit.

I had an issue with the front desk cancelling my lab work when I asked them to only cancel the appointment at Family Medicine because I was having the labs done at Greer Hospital. When I got to the hospital the orders weren't in the system. Dr. Egli is aware and has spoken to the office manager about this.

Everything was great. I do wish we had the option to stay in our car until we are called to a room. A well person doesn't want to sit in a room with other folks who might be sick.

Have an emotional support pet in the office. Many of us are nervous coming in. Would be great if they could bring them out in the waiting room for a quick pet. Always lowers the blood pressure and makes most people smile

I cannot think of any ways that this practice can improve. From the appt desk to nursing staff to Dr Egli-who is superb. These guys do a wonderful job. Dr Egli spends time with me and answers my questions-she also has and imparts ideas on how to make my life as a senior citizen easier and better!

Nothing needs to be done here. Excellent practice and they know what they are doing correctly. Keep them in place.
