Prisma health in Winnsboro did a really good job with understanding my health Dr. Kaylee Rushford is awesome. She answered all my questions and more. I look forward to having Dr. Rushford for my primary care doctor.

She was very kind and concerned with my health.

It was said in a text to arrive at 7:45am for my 8:00am appointment however the staff didn't come in until 8. There were 2 other people that arrived early as well for their appointments. When we told the receptionist this she couldn't understand this. This was not acceptable.

You don't have to do anything different. My doctor is the best . She is very professional . She does mean business and only do and say what she feels is best for you . She has more of a mother figure and passion for her patients. I couldn't have made a better choice for a Doctor .

Your entire staff was very friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable with everyone as I was on my very first visit. I am very happy that I have found your practice. I have always been nervous visiting a doctors' office in the past. I like visiting your place better than any doctor and staff I have met in my lifetime.

I was treated with the most helpful care the nurses are great they made me laugh they are the best

They are wonderful. I couldn't ask for more.

I have never seen any doctor or nurse wash or sanitize their hands before talking with me. It would be nice to see them do it in front of the patient.

I have no critics. The staff and drs/nurses were fantastic.

Front desk person who answers the phone was unprofessional hung up on me and canceled my appointment without me knowing it. I showed up and was told I had no appointment

I have no suggestions because I was treated with utmost respect.

My insurance has a $10.00 co-pay. Your system does not show it. If it did, it would be most convenient to pay my $10.00 at the time of visit.

The nurse practitioner was great, very informative, and I trust everything that she tells me. And I just really believe that she knows exactly what she's talking about, and I really trust what she says.

I just want to thank Kayleigh Rushford is my new doctor that I had. She's not my regular doctor, but she was filling in for this other doctor. And she's most courteous and very knowledgeable and everything. And you know, I think she's a great nurse or doctor. And that's not to say anything negative, that's all positive. And I got this appointment that my regular doctor wasn't in. And I appreciate y'all taking me in as soon as I did. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Do more ? not the bare minimum not 1 test was done

There is nothing to improve on anything because I would recommend anyone to the staff that waited on me with my visit there

Sometimes you have to wait over twenty minutes to see the doctor in the patient room

Great visit, provider, and location

They were out of COVID shots and almost out of tourniquets. The staff was great but I would have been unhappy if I wouldn't have been able to get labs drawn at appt due to lack of supplies.

Everything was done with great care and respect.

The checkout process is very impersonal and that could be improved a lot. Other than that, it's very good. Thank you. Bye-bye.
