I cannot think of anything specific. Kelsey Saunders, though new to me, I felt she was very knowledgeable about my cold & sinus condition. I would have trusted her evaluation and recommendations.

None. The staff is very good and the providers actually take time to answer questions which is a rarity these days. Other healthcare systems try to churn patients, I have never felt that way here. All questions thoroughly answered.

Yes, the nurse practitioner, I think is what she was, Kelsey, she did not wash her hands and she touched a lump on my bottom. She did not wear gloves before that. She washed her hands after, but then also it was kind of, I guess, embarrassing, you could say, because she did not ask me to, she did not step out of the room and ask me to take the bottoms off and give me, cheat to put over me. She just simply told me to pull my bottoms down and show her where the lump was. And like I said, it bothered me a lot that she did not wear gloves. That was my main concern and she did nothing but tell me it looked like a bug bite and told me to watch it after I've had staff previously and she really didn't even look at it that well. I feel like nothing was done and it was very unsanitary. Thank you.
